Refacing suits a kitchen whose plan you like. The sink stays, the fridge stays, the working triangle stays, and what changes is every surface you touch and see. That describes most kitchens built from the eighties onward in Edmonton.
The qualifying test is the box, not the door. Frames need to be solid, square and dry. A cabinet that has taken years of steam under a dishwasher or a slow leak under a sink is the one that fails it, and it is usually a single run rather than the whole kitchen.

Doors, material, overlay
Door style, material and overlay are chosen together, because changing overlay changes door sizes and reveals. Samples stay with you while you decide.
Build and schedule
Doors go into production at your sizes. Three to five weeks is normal. We book the install week once the doors have a firm date, not before.
Install and walkthrough
Veneer, doors, hinges and glides over three to five days, cleaned down each evening. A return visit re-adjusts anything that settles in the first month.
